Security Window films

Our Safety/Security window films up-grade sub standard glazing to meet the requirements of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulation 1992 and Regulation 14 1996. Safety and security films are also specified to provide solutions to many other glass related safety problems including bomb blast protection.

If glass is not toughened or laminated it is extremely fragile and very dangerous. Glass will break if fallen against and glass shards resulting from breakage can cause injury and possibly death. It is necessary not only to protect against injury but against the possibility of legal action which might follow and accident see our section Regs & Standards.

Our wide range of security window films not only upgrade sub-standard glazing but give increased glazing security protecting against deliberate attack such as vandalisation. The films contain glass fragments caused by glass breakage thus reducing the risk of damage by vandalism, break in, riot.
